True Potential
Considered planting that enhances the everyday office experience
Looking up: an entrance that draws the eye upward
The arrival experience at True Potential sets the tone for visitors and staff alike. The three-storey atrium is embellished with moss EnviroWalls on the upper levels, creating a sense of calm and immersion from the moment you arrive at the main lobby. The textured moss softens the volume of the space, as well as absorbing noise.

Everyday planting, thoughtfully applied
Beyond the atrium, the scheme focuses on how planting supports people throughout their working day. A mixture of floor-standing plants, tabletop arrangements, and integrated joinery planting helps to distribute biophilic elements equally across the space. Rather than concentrating everything in one area, planting is woven into key touchpoints – desks, breakout areas, walkways.
This layered approach brings a few clear benefits:
+ Improved wellbeing: consistent access to greenery helps reduce stress and mental fatigue
+ Sharper focus: softer, more natural surroundings support concentration over longer periods
+ Connection to nature: even in a busy office, there’s a sense of something living and changing nearby

Integration over addition
Built-in planters within joinery and seating give greenery a permanent place within the layout, helping it feel integrated into the space, rather than purely decorative. Floor-standing troughs are used to gently shape different zones, offering a degree of separation without the need for hard space dividers. It allows the space to stay open, while still feeling organised and comfortable to move through. The result is a workplace where planting supports both function and feeling.

A living system
All planting elements, including the moss EnviroWalls, were supplied as permanent installations which are backed by a 12-month maintenance programme. That ongoing care is just as important as the initial design, because healthy, well-maintained planting is what delivers long-term benefits. It keeps the space feeling fresh, cared for, and consistently welcoming to all that use the space.

"We’ve had a really positive experience working with Vantage Spaces on the installation of living walls, moss walls and planting at both of our buildings. The quality of their work is excellent, and the finished result has enhanced the overall environment across both spaces. Their team are always friendly, professional, and responsive, making the process straightforward from start to finish. It’s been a collaborative and easy partnership, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

The result
The outcome is a workspace that utilises planting in a measured, effective way. There’s a clear statement at the entrance, but the real success lies in the everyday experience. Greenery is present where people need it most, supporting wellbeing, improving comfort, and making the workspace a more enjoyable place to spend time. Because in the end, that’s what biophilic design is about. Not solely how a space looks, but the way it makes people feel.
